Karla has been working in property management for over 21 years and knows what it takes to look after both homes and the people in them. Her love for property started young, helping out on building sites and tagging along to open homes, and it’s grown into a career and personal passion.

As both a property manager and an investor, Karla understands the balance between caring for tenants and making sure owners get the best return on their investment. She’s big on good systems, clear communication, and choosing the right tenants from the start. Regular inspections and well-organised processes mean her clients can relax knowing their properties are in safe hands.

Steve joined our team in June 2014 as a full-time Property Manager, bringing with him 18 years of experience working for a large nationwide company where he successfully managed multiple sites. With a strong background in property and a family history of owning and managing rentals, Steve saw the opportunity to apply his skills to the dynamic field of property management.

He takes pride in delivering professional service and achieving the best possible outcomes for both owners and tenants. Known for his strong people skills and practical approach, Steve is committed to ensuring properties are managed efficiently and effectively. Having lived in Hamilton with his partner and children for the past 12 years, Steve is proud to call the city home.

Nicole joined Home Let with a fresh perspective and a strong personal connection to property. Having lived in the Waikato since 2012, she knows the region well and brings a local understanding to her work.

She has grown up around property management, watching first-hand how the business runs and gaining valuable insight into what it takes to look after both owners and tenants. Now, as a homeowner herself and trustee of family properties, Nicole understands the importance of trust, care, and attention to detail when it comes to managing investments.
