Karla is passionate about providing top quality property management. She has 12 years experience as a property manager and has developed her own portfolio of rentals in the Waikato over this time. Her interest in property began right back in her childhood when she helped family on building sites and loved nothing more than going to open homes.

Karla has particular interest in systemised processes to facilitate her in her work and has extensive Tenancy Tribunal experience.
